Policies/ FAQs

What is the order processing time?

Our processing time is 1-2 weeks. We appreciate your patience with us while we learn and grow. We do not allow cancellation of orders after they are placed so please double check sizes, etc.

What size should I order?

Please be sure to check the size charts before ordering. Size charts are located in the photos of each listing. We offer some products in Unisex sizing and some in Women's/Men's and we want to make sure you get the right fit. Sizing may also vary for child items depending on the style.

What are your shipping policies?

The customer is responsible for making sure shipping address is correct at checkout. We will ship your items to the address that is provided. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages- please contact your local post office. If a package is returned to us, we will contact the customer to obtain the correct address. Customer will then be responsible for the additional postage costs.

Do you allow returns/exchange

We do not allow returns or exchanges. Please double check size charts before ordering to ensure you get the correct size.

How are your shirts made?

Most items are screen printed- we work with a local screen printer. We do offer a few shirts that are printed using the DTG (Direct to garment) process. This means designs are printed directly onto the garments using water-based inks. Each listing will specify what printing process is used for that item.

What are the care instructions?

To keep your garments looking the best they can, it is recommended that you turn garments inside out when washing and wash on gentle cycle with like colors. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.

Backordered Items:

We will do our best to check size/ color availability before taking orders. In the rare event that an item is unavailable or becomes backordered, however, delivery could take a little longer. We will contact the customer if this does occur.

Safe Sleep:

We promote safe sleep to reduce the risk of SIDS and other sleep-related causes of infant death. This includes keeping pillows, blankets and crib bumpers out of your baby's sleep area. Please visit http://www.cdc.gov/vitalsigns/safesleep for more information.
