What is the order processing time?

Unless a preorder time is stated, processing time will be between 3-5 business days. If processing is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible. We do not allow cancellation of orders after they are placed so please double check sizes, etc. 

What size should I order?

Please be sure to check the size charts before ordering. Size charts are located in the photos of each listing. We offer some products in Unisex sizing and some in Women's/Men's and we want to make sure you get the right fit. Sizing may also vary for child items depending on the style.

What are your shipping policies?

The customer is responsible for making sure shipping address is correct at checkout. We will ship your items to the address that is provided. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages- please contact your local post office. If a package is returned to us, we will contact the customer to obtain the correct address. Customer will then be responsible for the additional postage costs.

Do you allow returns/exchange

We do not allow returns or exchanges. Please double check size charts before ordering to ensure you get the correct size.

How are your shirts made?

Our items are screen printed- we work with a local screen printer. 

What are the care instructions?

To keep your garments looking the best they can, it is recommended that you turn garments inside out when washing and wash on gentle cycle with like colors. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.
